Rule 31 Alternative Dispute Resolution Family and Civil Mediator
Russ Heldman has been involved in over 1.000 mediations in both Family and Civil matters.
Mediation is a private, confidential dispute resolution alternative in which a neutral third party, the mediator, works with the parties and, if applicable, their attorneys to resolve a dispute. Mediations are private and confidential and negotiations of compromise and settlement during mediation are generally inadmissible in a Court proceeding.
Mediations take place at the law office in our convenient conference rooms. Russ Heldman accepts half day, full day, or multiple day mediations. Parking, Wi-fi and refreshments are provided for your convenience and comfort during the mediation process.
